Apartment Mariposa (Butterfly in Spanish) is a new luxury penthouse apartment with panoramic view over Utila's East Harbor. Located in the center of Utila above the famous Café Mariposa, the apartment, with it's own private entrance, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, large private bathroom with hot water, open bed/living room, hardwood floors, French windows, and ample closet space. On the ocean-side of this top floor apartment is a spacious terrace balcony overlooking the Bay.

Being centrally located, and less than 3 minutes walk from Utila's municipal dock, the apartment is within easy reach of all the Dive Shops and Restaurants. This is an ideal apartment for that "get away from it all" Caribbean vacation or those seeking a little luxury while undertaking their DiveMaster or Scuba Diving Instructor courses.

No pets or children under 10 years old allowed. Non-smokers preferred.

$50.00* per night, $300.00* per week, $750.00* per month (1st September - 14th December)

$65.00* per night, $390.00* per week, $850.00* per month (15th December - 30th August)

*Nightly and Weekly rates include cost of electricity

*A $150 refundable security deposit is required before check-in. To hold your reservation, 50% of the total amount due is required. Remaining due on or before day of arrival.

*Rates do not include the 16% Honduras sales tax

*Cancellation & refund: 30 days written notice, $100 cancellation fee.
