High security, one bedroom, fully furnished, luxury apartments located in the quiet Jerico / Countyside area. Units have US refrigerators, oven/cook top and microwave, air conditioning, hot water, bathtub and shower, internet connection, cable TV and washing machine. These apartments are located in an extremely quiet neighborhood and have very nice countryside and jungle views. Each apartment has two private balconies and extensive windows for the evening breezes. The grounds are surrounded by a 6 foot wooden fence and filled with a variety of banana trees. Furnishings include everything needed to move right in including pots, pans, silverware, towels and furniture.

4 apartments - fully furnished, each with bedroom (double bed), bathroom, kitchen and living room. (Each apartment sleeps 2 people, but could squeeze in 4 with the addition of 2 single beds)

*$500 per month per apartment.

Upper floor Apartments have vaulted ceilings and superior views over local jungle foliage, otherwise all apartments are identical.

*Will consider weekly rentals at $150 per apartment per week.

*Long Term renters preferred.

*Rates are correct as at 28-Feb-2008, but subject to change without notice

*We accept only US Dollars cash or US Dollar traveler checks

*A deposit of either the monthly rental or weekly rental will be required prior to move-in

*All rentals exclude metered electricity costs.

Location:

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn left along the main street. Walk down towards Sandy Bay until you get to the Fire Station, then turn right and walk up the hill, past Johnny's Water, keeping walking past the Catholic Church. We are on the left side of the road about 2 minutes walk past the Catholic Church.
