The BayView Hotel is owned and operated by a friendly local Utila family and is located on the Utila Harbor down in Sandy Bay. The nearest Dive Shops are Gunters/Ecomarine and the Bay Island College of Diving. The rooms and grounds are well maintained. Views across Utila's east harbor are available from the balconies of most rooms and the common lawn area has a number of wooden picnic tables which also offer views across the water. |

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn left along the main street and walk for approximately 10 minutes down towards Sandy Bay. The Bayview Hotel is on the left side of the road, just past the Central de Salud and opposite the UltraLight Restaurant. |
