All Apartments are Efficiency/Studio style, (combining living room, bedroom and kitchenette into a single unit with separate room for private bathroom), and are located on Mamey Lane and Jerico Road. Our Apartments are popular with Scuba Diving Instructors, DiveMasters, and longer term scuba divers who appreciate the facilities provided at competitive prices. Our Apartments have wide open covered porches, ideally for relaxing on with a cold beer and watching the world pass by after a hard day’s scuba diving. Prices ($US):

1 bedroom apartment $25.00 per apartment per night, $320.00 per month.
2 bedroom apartment $52.00 per apartment per night, $400.00 per month.
3 bedroom apartment $63.00 per apartment per night, $500.00 per month.

Location:

From the Municipal dock turn left into the main street and walk towards Sandy Bay for approximately 8-10 minutes, at the Utila Fire Station turn right into Mamey Lane and walk up the hill past Johnny's Water, for another 10 minutes. We are just past the Catholic Church on the right side of the road just past Plumtree Apartments.
