The Holler Inn

The Holler Inn is a typical Utila wooden house and was the family home of the Holler family up until 3 years ago. The owner of the house (Joe Holler) now lives with his wife on the mainland in La Ceiba (the nearest mainland town), but his mother (Annie Holler) still lives in a small house at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the grounds of The Holler Inn.

3 double bed-rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen/dining room/lounge room, large outside porch/veranda, 1 downstairs entry vestibule.

Bedroom 1 - en-suite private bathroom, double bed, air-conditioning, overhead ceiling fan

Bedroom 2 - shared bathroom, double bed, air-conditioning, overhead ceiling fan

Bedroom 3 - shared bathroom, double bed, air-conditioning, overhead ceiling fan

Kitchen/Dining/Lounge Room - 2 overhead ceiling fans, sofa, dining table & 6 chairs

$US 500.00 per week for exclusive use of the whole house, or for shared occupancy; $US 50.00 per night per double room with en-suite bathroom or $35.00 per night per double room for shared bathroom.

 Hotel Facilities:

Located in own private grounds with grassy surroundings

A daily maid service (change bedding/towels and sweep house) is available for an additional $12.00 per day, otherwise bedding and towels are changed on a weekly basis.

Location:

From the Municipal dock walk straight ahead up Cola de Mico Road towards the Mango Inn. At the cross-roads in front of the Mango Inn turn left into Lozano Road, a walk for a further 4 minutes. The Holler Inn is on the right hand side of Lozano Road opposite Henry Bodden's Pulperia (store).
