This brand new house (completed 2010) has a great sea view and a prime location, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (microwave, refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with oven, coffee machine, warm water at the kitchen sink and in the shower, big doors giving access to a large porch with rocking chairs (2), hammocks and a great sea view with refreshing breeze. It is ideally suited for self-catering people with a desire for some privacy. Accommodates one family.

The house is available for rent from 1st of May 2011 till 30th November 2011

No of Rooms & Prices ($US) :

1 bedroom + office (eventually converted to second bedroom) open living with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with great shower. Hot water in kitchen and bathroom.

*$US 450.00 per month, no utilities included.
*$US 300.00 weekly rate, 50 KWh electricity, 1000 gallons of water and gas included/
*$US 350.00 weekly rate; same as above + cable TV and internet.

* Subletting is not allowed.
* Monthly rates; you pay for gas, water, metered electricity, optional cable TV and internet access (66$/month). At reservation we will ask you to make a $US 450 refundable damage deposit.
* In case of cancellation you will loose your damage deposit.
* Water tanks fill up when it's raining, but when it has to be delivered, it costs $40/1000 gallons.
* Drinking water is delivered at home and costs $2/5 gallons.
* You're also supposed to do your own laundry, although clean linens (towels and bed sheets) will be at your disposal at check in.
* We are child friendly but pets and smoking are only allowed on the porch.

* Honduras Tourist Tax of 16% will be added to rental price

1 queen bed and one twin bed (only for couples with children, otherwise the 2nd bedroom is equipped as an office/study), ceiling fans in every room, large build-in closets, cable internet access (no computer), cable TV, warm water, huge porch with sea view
