Oyster Lagoon Beach House

Oyster Lagoon Beach House is a beachfront vacation rental comprising 2 separate, but identical constructed beach houses - "West" and "East".

Each Beach House has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and sleeps up to 4 people.

Situated on the beachfront in a quiet residential area, known locally as Blue Bayou, with mountain views of the mainland and sunrises from the front porches over-looking the Western Caribbean Sea and views of Oyster Lagoon and sunsets from the back porches. There is dock access into Oyster Lagoon and it is just behind the houses. The beach gently slopes into Utila Bay, with coral reef the full length of the beach and an 80 foot drop off less than 300 yards from the house, providing a beautiful area to swim, snorkel, or scuba dive from the shore. Each of these fully equipped houses are perfectly suited for a family, two couples, or a singles group.

Each house features an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen area, with open beam ceiling and great views. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and open onto the back porch. The bedrooms contain king size beds or optionally two single beds with private bath rooms. Below the houses are concrete patios with BBQ grills and a shared laundry room under the "East" house (washer and dryer).

*A $200.00 refundable security deposit per house is charged in addition.
*All rates subject to 16% Honduran tourist tax.
*50% deposit to hold reservation, 50% due before or on day of arrival.
*Cancellation & Refund: 45 days written notice, $100 cancellation fee.

The house is cleaned weekly with linen changes. Angel cares for the property and is on-site Monday - Saturday. He is extremely friendly and will help you in any way he can. He will ensure you have butane for cooking, your drinking water delivered, and let you know where you can get anything else you want or are in need of. Bicycles are available for rent at many locations in town.

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn left along the main street and walk for approximately 15 minutes down towards Chepes Beach. Go past Chepes Beach, follow the sandy track along the beach shoreline until you come to a small group of houses (Blue Bayou) on the ocean side.
