Directly on beach and only 50 yards from the best reef for Diving & snorkeling in Utila. Fully stocked for luxurious living on the beach. Just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit.

2 Studio Apartments, each with 1 bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2), tub/shower and fully equipped kitchenette

$100.00 per apartment per night (4 night minimum)

$600.00* per apartment per week

$1,600.00* per apartment per month

*15% surcharge for Easter, Xmas and New Year weeks.

*Payment by Personal check, cashiers check, bank transfer, Visa/MC(3% fee additional)
*50% due up booking with remainder 50% due 45 days prior to check-in date.
*A security deposit of $250 is due with final payment. Deposit returned upon inspection of property.

*Smoking not allowed, Pets allowed.

Golf Cart rental available for extra $300.00 per week ($550.00 for 2 weeks, $850.00 per month).

Four bicycles included with Golf Cart rental.

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn right along the main street and walk for approximately 15 minutes down towards the Old Airport site. We are located on the old Airport Site and this is probably the best location for catching the years enjoyable Trade Winds that will keep you cool and the bugs away.
