Fully equipped for luxurious beachfront living! Two bedrooms with double beds and two with twins. The home has all one could desire, including full kitchen, microwave, stove and oven, cooking utensils, wet bar, linens, towels, washer and dryer, maid service, TV, DVD, stereo, BBQ, gazebo, beachfront chairs, caretaker, salt water tidal pool/lagoon with island, outdoor shower, golf cart available, four bicycles included, personalized diving and certification available (at extra cost), environmentally friendly, all bedrooms air-conditioned, fans throughout, dining table for ten, Honduran custom-made rattan furniture, each bedroom opens onto wrap-around deck with spectacular ocean and mountain views, and only five minutes by bike to restaurants and center of town!

(Our downstairs Studio Apartments have all the amenities of the main house and a double bed).

*15% surcharge for Easter, Xmas and New Year weeks.

*50% due up booking with remainder 50% due 45 days prior to check-in date.
*A security deposit of $250 is due with final payment. Deposit returned upon inspection of property.

*Smoking not allowed, Pets allowed.

Golf Cart rental available for extra $300.00 per week ($550.00 for 2 weeks, $850.00 per month).

Four bicycles included with house rental at no extra cost.

Brand-new, exclusive and most unique property on Utila with eight world class diving sites within 400 yds and wading accessible from water entry at house. Our caretakers, Jodi and Chris, are on property 24/7 and will gladly assist in making your stay enjoyable and worry free.

Catering Available: Concierge will schedule as desired.

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn right along the main street and walk for approximately 15 minutes down towards the Old Airport site. We are located on the old Airport Site and this is probably the best location for catching the years enjoyable Trade Winds that will keep you cool and the bugs away.
