The home has all one could desire, including full kitchen, microwave, stove and oven, cooking utensils, wet bar, linens, towels, maid service, TV, DVD, stereo, BBQ, gazebo, beachfront chairs, caretaker, salt water tidal pool/lagoon with island, outdoor shower, golf cart available, personalized diving and certification available (at extra cost), environmentally friendly, all bedrooms air-conditioned, fans throughout, dining table for ten, Honduran custom-made rattan furniture, each bedroom opens onto wrap-around deck with spectacular ocean and mountain views, and only five minutes by bike to restaurants and center of town!

New since 2012! - Salt Water Swimming Pool in shaded area at rear of house.

(Our downstairs Studio Apartments have all the amenities of the main house and a double bed).

$350* per house per night (4 night minimum)
$1,000* per house per week (June and July only)
$2,500* per house per week (Carnival, Semana Santa (Easter), and Xmas/New Year weeks only)
$2,100* per house per week (any other time)
$6,000* per house per month

*Additional 16% Honduras tax is applied to above rates.
*Full payment due on booking.
*Payment by Personal check, cashiers check, bank transfer, Visa/MC(3% fee additional)
*Cancellation of booking permitted within 45 days of arrival due day with full refund provided less $100 cancellation fee.
*A security deposit of $450 is due on check-in. Deposit returned upon inspection of property.
*Metered Electricity allowance of 20 kWh per day.
*Smoking indoors is not allowed, Pets allowed.
*Rates are correct as at 6-Jun-2012, but subject to change without notice.

Exclusive and most unique property on Utila with eight world class diving sites within 400 yds and wading accessible from water entry at house. Our caretakers, JJ and Tina, are on property 24/7 and will gladly assist in making your stay enjoyable and worry free.

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn right along the main street and walk for approximately 15 minutes down towards the Old Airport site. We are located on the old Airport Site and this is probably the best location for catching the years enjoyable Trade Winds that will keep you cool and the bugs away.
