Plum Tree Apartments

Nestled beneath shady mamey and plum trees along a quiet side street, Plum Tree Apartments were designed around nature. The apartments come with an extensive back yard with a shady plum tree where you can hang a hammock, and which during the plum season bare some of the sweetest plums on the island.

Opening Hours:

We are open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Apt No 1 - One bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, utility/kitchen/dining room with refrigerator and gas burners, cable TV.

Apt No 2 - One Bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, utility/kitchen/dining room with refrigerator and gas burners, cable TV

Apt No 3 - Two bedrooms , two private bathrooms with hot water showers, full size kitchen with refrigerator and gas stove/oven, dining room/living room, air conditioning (tenant to pay electricity bill separately)

Little House - two bedrooms with double bed in each, private bathroom with hot water shower, full size kitchen with with refrigerator and gas stove/oven, dining/living room, air conditioning. (tenant to pay electricity bill separately)

Apartments No's 1 & 2 - $300.00 per month

Apartment No 3 - $350.00 per month

Little House - $450.00 per month

Location:

From the Municipal dock turn left into the main street and walk towards Sandy Bay for approximately 8-10 minutes, at the Utila Fire Station turn right into Mammey Lane and walk up the hill for another 10 minutes. We are just past the Catholic Church on the right side of the road next opposite Rose's Inn & Apartments.
