Only 3 minutes walk from Utila's Chepes public beach, this property is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on Main Street opposite Utila's East Harbor bay. Enjoy the comfort of the front porch, outfitted with a lovely hammock and a table and chairs, boasting gorgeous views of the bay.

From the porch, enter into the open-floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable, tropical furnishings and comes with cable television and a 3-disc stereo, capable of playing any Ipod or MP3 player. If not enjoying a meal on the front porch, there is a lovely indoor dining area connected to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for island living with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, pots, pans, coffee pot, dishes, and an assortment of other cooking utensils.

There are two identical bedrooms in the rear of the apartment, each with a double bed, nice shelving for your belongings, and fans. There is a hallway bathroom in between with a nicely tiled shower. Presently, the master bedroom has two custom built twin beds, shelving for your belongings, and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and is equipped with air conditioning.

*Rates are correct as at 17-Jun-2011, but subject to change without notice.
*20% deposit of the full rate is required to secure reservation, with the completion of payment due two weeks prior to arrival.

*Two week cancellation policy, after which time your deposit is non-refundable

*Additional $50.00 cleaning and changeover fee applies, regardless of length of stay. (Includes your checkout cleaning, being met at your point of arrival, transportation to the property, a brief orientation to get you settled, five gallons of purified drinking water and 15 kilowatts per day of electricity allowance, as is customary for the island).

*Additional Security deposit applies (will be returned on checkout if no damage).

*Rates increased by 20% for weeks of Christmas, New Year's, Easter (Semana Santa), and Utila Carnival.
*Accept PayPal, personal checks, money orders or cash (Cash in USA Dollars or Honduras Lempira, personal checks must have been cleared prior to occupation).
