With two large decks and a large common area perfect for relaxing and gazing at the ocean, this spacious, three bedroom unit is ideal for families or couples and friends traveling together. With a small unique island that is in front of the unit, the Sea Breeze Beach House is on a sandy beach and offers excellent snorkeling. You are literally steps from the ocean, with completely unobstructed views and direct ocean access. The small island out front is great for exploring above or below land. This is a nice, spacious, casual beach house directly on the beach, perfect for families or couples traveling together. If you are looking to enjoy an unspoiled tropical island that offers great diving and snorkeling and a host of other activities, the Sea Breeze Beach House is an ideal location to take in the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of Utila. Note: The main deck is not railed in, which allows for unobstructed views, but may not be suitable for families with young children.

Facilities:	The three bedroom, two bath house is ideal for up to six people and has an open living room, dining room, and kitchen area floor plan, with spectacular views of the ocean and beach out front. There is a king bed in one bedroom, a double in the other, and two twins in the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, and utensils for cooking meals. Bicycles are available for rent at many locations in town for about $USD 5.00 per day, and are highly suggested for this unit. You can also rent golf carts and scooters for a price of approximately $USD 35.00 per day.
Location:	From Utila Municipal Dock, turn right along the main street and walk for approximately 15 minutes down towards the Old Airport site. The "Sea Breeze Beach House” is located just past the old airport on the East end of town, in an area also known as "Red Cliff". It is just an eight-minute bike ride or 25 minute walk to Utila town. In town you can find a wide array of restaurants, bars, dive shops, stores, internet/phone services, and grocery stores.
