 Ocean view from wrap-around Balcony  The Boat House The Boat House is one of the few vacation rentals located in town, in the neighborhood locally known as “The Point”. The Point is made mostly of a combination of dive shops and original Utila families – some of the older well-maintained homes are in this area, and a stop to chat with some of the older Utilians offers a true treat. This location at the end of town gives you some quiet and peace, yet it is a 5 minute walk to the happenings of Utila. You do not need transportation, although some guests do prefer bicycles for the sake of convenience. You can certainly walk to the restaurants, bars, dive-shops, internet cafes, etc, without difficulty. The house features a walk-around deck, with stairs leading into the sea. This property is perfect for swimming, taking dips throughout the day, or just lounging on your dock. There are windows and glass doors throughout the house, making it open and airy. You can literally roll out of bed and off your private dock into the ocean, enjoy swimming and snorkeling all day, and gorgeous sunset views. The bedrooms have been tastefully decorated, and offer serenity, crispness, and comfort. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, have overhead fans, and its own set of French Doors leading out to the wrap around dock with endless views of the ocean. |
