 The Orchid Cottage got its name from the orchids growing in its bathroom  The Lodge and cottages are shaded by the old forest Utila's first Eco lodge, designed for those who wish to help preserve Utila's paradise. Located in the old forest across from Bar in the Bush, it has one two-bedroom apartment and two cottages, with common kitchen, dining room and a lounge. |

$30 per day for cottages, $60 per day for the apartment.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, washing machine. The lodge specializes in organizing hiking trips and picnics. Golf cart shuttle to the dive shops and other places of interest. |

From Utila Municipal Dock, walk straight ahead past HSBC Bank. Walk up the road for about 15 minutes, go past Mango Inn. We are just across the road from Bar in the Bush. |

 All common spaces are open to the garden, but being 5 feet off the ground are not plagued by bugs |
 The bathroom, made of La Ceiba river rocks, has transparent roof which allows the garden to move inside as well. |
 The Orchid Cottage is decorated by the silk from Cambodia and India and art pieces from the owner's travels. |
