Water's Edge Apartments are located in Sandy Bay, less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Utila. The apartments have a fantastic panoramic view over Utila's East Harbor from their south-facing balcony. Being less than 1 minutes walk from Gunter's Dive Shop, these 2 bedroom apartments, with private bathroom, are ideal for those seeking a little bit of luxury while undertaking their scuba-diving course. Self-catering is an easy with the fully fitted kitchen and a local store about a one minute walk away.

The apartments are less than 5 minutes walk from Chepes Beach, making them ideally located for a small family group seeking an inexpensive vacation. Ocean kayak and snorkel equipment hire is available nearby at Gunters Dive Shop. Jetski hire is available at Chepes Beach.

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn left along the main street and walk for approximately 10 minutes down towards Ecomarine : Gunters Dive Shop. Water's Edge Apartments are the second building on the harbor side, just past Gunters. Kim (the owner) lives in the house with the cement fence and the Rottweiler dogs on the side of the street.
