 Dining at Cafe Mariposa  Cafe Mariposa Cafe Mariposa is an open-aired restaurant/bar/cafe that is located right on Utila's Bay. With a great view of the Caribbean sea and all of Utila's harbor we offer a great dining experience in a relaxing atmosphere. A variety of salads, appetizers, seafood, coffee, cocktails and imported wines are available. Happy hour from 5-7 p.m. daily with amazing sunset views and daily cocktail specials. We also have a Gift shop with art made by artists around the island, a flood-lit dock for viewing fish and other animals at night Large inner-tubes available for floating (with coolers too!)
