We are a specialized restaurant serving authentic German food on Tuesdays and International food on Friday nights (Sushi, Seafood, Utilian, Thai, etc.). Our trademark is our 3 salad appetizer - potato salad vinaigrette, green papaya salad with balsamic vinegar and walnuts, and a mixed green salad.

We have huge German style portions which many people cannot finish at one sitting! Often the German food is accompanied by kasespatzle (hand made German noodles with sautéed onions and smothered in melted Swiss cheese). It is worth the walk! Received 4 stars in the Utila East Wind Food Guide!

We also offer a huge selection of red and white wine!

Our meals are posted with flyers all around town specifying the meal for the evening. We take a great deal of time to prepare our meal, therefore, there is usually one meal for the evening, and a vegetarian version as well.

We have had almost every dive shop on the island up with group bookings, most have visited several times already since the opening in May!

Saturdays for the four course meal is by reservation only.

Restaurant will open for reservations of 12 people or more, with an advanced request of two days to properly prepare.

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn left into the main street towards Sandy Bay to the Utila Fire Station. At the Utila Fire Station, turn right and walk for around 10 minutes up the hill, past the Catholic Church and Roses Inn & Apartments. Take the road behind the closed 'Hennessey's Bar' on the left to the Iguana Station, continue past the Iguana Station to the end of the road. We are at the end of the road, by the entrance to Stuart's Hill (the water tower).
