	Welcome to the UltraLight Restaurant! We offer authentic Israeli cuisine and vegetarian dishes freshly prepared and cooked on the premises using both traditional and modern Israeli recipes using falafel and humus imported from Israel. Our home-made pita bread is the freshest and best in Utila. Our prices are very reasonable and you will be served by happy and friendly staff. Our restaurant is a covered open-air space over-looking the main street of Utila. We serve breakfast lunch and dinner, come and eat with us, relax and watch the world go by. Location:	Sandy Bay. From the Municipal Dock, turn left on the main street towards Sandy Bay. Walk for about 10-15 minutes, past the Utila Fire Station, past the Utila Community Clinic, we are on the right hand side of the main street opposite Ramón Service at the intersection of the road leading to Colibri Hill Resort.
