BICD is a PADI 5 Star Career Development Center and was awarded the 2005 Project Aware Environmental Achievement Award. The BICD was opened in 1993 for backpackers as an Eco Dive Center offering dive training & excursions beyond the standard. Today BICD continues to offer multilingual courses through to Dive Instructor, nightly presentations by our staff Biologists and a Naturalist Division – The Whale Shark & Oceanic Research Center (www.wsorc.com) |

From Utila Municipal Dock, turn left along the main street and walk for approximately 5 minutes. The Bay Islands College of Diving is opposite Samantha's 7-11 Store and behind the Utila Fire Station. |
