The property is serviced by the local electrical power grid and water supply, and is equipped with an emergency diesel generator with easily accessible switches to change from public to private electrical service.
Telephone and cable service as well as a private satellite system is available. There are two water cisterns to store water as needed. The handy spacious store room in the back yard is equipped with washer and dryer facilities and lots of storage area. All the local amenities: swimming, diving, shopping, dining, night-life, hiking, horse-back riding, hardware stores, etc, are all within walking distance.
